{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-182.140","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 182.140","heading":"Watercraft used as residence to be licensed.","body":"No person shall reside upon any watercraft, except steam vessels, upon any navigable\nwatercourse within this state without first obtaining from the county clerk, of the county\nin which his business or residence is to be carried on, a license for each famil y. The\nlicense shall only be granted upon satisfactory proof of the good character of the\napplicant, and the payment of a license fee of five dollars ($5) and the clerk's fees for\nmaking out the license.
