Part 107, shall not operate or allow an unmanned aircraft to operate:\n(a) In a man ner that allows an incursion of an unmanned aircraft into areas\nprohibited for the operation, taking off, and landing of an unmanned aircraft\nas designated by a commercial airport's unmanned aircraft facility map, except\nwith the approval of the commercial airport operator; or\n(b) In a reckless manner so as to create a risk of serious physical injury to another\nor a risk of damage to property.\n(2) The provisions of this section shall not apply to an operator of an unmanned aircraft\nfor a commercial purpose in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration\nregulations, authorizations, or exemptions.","path":["KRS Chapter 183"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46742","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:34Z","sha256":"e30a64c2363ffbca78e3a172101019d64ccc9e308ea71c9a2aed827c7242c2f2","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-183.085","next":"us-ky/krs-183.090"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
