{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-183.142","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 183.142","heading":"Purchase procedures for air boards operating commercial airport serving","body":"more than one million passengers annually.\n(1) Any air board that operates a commercial airport serving more than one million\n(1,000,000) passengers annually may:\n(a) Use small purchase procedures established by the Federal Aviation\nAdministration for expenditures that do not exceed the simplified acquisition\nthreshold identified in 2 C.F.R. sec. 200.88; and\n(b) Purchase goods or services directly from vendors who maintain  General\nServices Administration price agreements with the United States pursuant to\n40 U.S.C. sec. 502.\n(2) Any air board operating under the provisions of subsection (1) of this section shall\nbe exempt from the requirements of KRS 45A.345 to 45A.460 and 424.260 for\npurchases outlined in KRS 82.084.","path":["KRS Chapter 183"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56094","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:34Z","sha256":"4cab6cbafa2450a28381e1eccbcaac11c801261b0b1120dc369481b2e61c5c2f","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-183.140","next":"us-ky/krs-183.150"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
