{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-183.865","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 183.865","heading":"Commission functions.","body":"All of the powers, provisions, and duties relating to the zoning and use of land, structures,\nand air space within and around military and public use airports, heliports, and sea plane\nbases within the state are hereby conferred upon, delegated to and vest ed in the\ncommission. The commission shall also exercise all powers, provisions, and duties\nrelating to the use of navigable air space within the state.
