{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-183.869","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 183.869","heading":"Variance permits.","body":"When the commission has assumed zoning jurisdiction over an airport and surrounding\narea by appropriate regulation and the filing of a map with the zoning boundaries marked\nthereon, no person shall thereafter change, modify or alter the use of any land or\nstructures within such area for a purpose inconsistent with the applicable zoning\nregulations established by the commission except upon application to the commission for\na special permit to do so.
