{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-184.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 184.100","heading":"Approval of plans and specifications by board -- Preliminary costs.","body":"Upon qualification of the members of the board of directors, the board shall take up with\nits engineer the plans and specifications proposed for the construction or maintenance of\nthe road, and may make such changes therein as may, within the scope of the\nimprovement or maintenance petition for, appear necessary.
