{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-186.030","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 186.030","heading":"Form of application.","body":"(1) The application form shall contain spaces for the names and post office addresses of\nthe owner and of the lien holder as shown by chattel mortgage, or other instrument\nconstrued as such in this state, on file in the office of the county clerk in the county\nin which the motor vehicle is registered, and such other information as the cabinet\nmay require. If the motor vehicle is a truck designed for the transportation of\nproperty, the application form shall contain space for the declared gross weight in\npounds.
