(Effective until January 1, 2027)","body":"There shall be paid for issuing and processing title documents required by this chapter\nfees according to the following schedule:\n(1) (a) Each application for a certificate of tit le shall be nine dollars ($9), of which\nthe county clerk shall retain six dollars ($6) and the Transportation Cabinet\nshall receive three dollars ($3).\n(b) Each application for a corrected certificate of title shall be six dollars ($6), of\nwhich the county  clerk shall retain four dollars ($4) and the Transportation\nCabinet shall receive two dollars ($2). If a corrected certificate must be issued\nbecause of an error of the county clerk or the Department of Vehicle\nRegulation, there shall be no charge.\n(c) Each application for a printed title shall be six dollars ($6), of which the\ncounty clerk shall retain four dollars ($4) and the Transportation Cabinet shall\nreceive two dollars ($2);\n(2) Each application for a speed title shall be twenty -five dollars ($25),  of which the\ncounty clerk shall retain five dollars ($5) and the Transportation Cabinet shall\nreceive twenty dollars ($20); and\n(3) (a) Each application for a certificate of title for an all -terrain vehicle shall be\nfifteen dollars ($15), of which the county clerk shall retain six dollars ($6) and\nthe Transportation Cabinet shall receive nine dollars ($9).\n(b) Each application for a corrected certificate of title for an all -terrain vehicle\nshall be ten dollars ($10), of which the county clerk shall retain four dollars\n($4) and the Transportation Cabinet shall receive six dollars ($6).
