{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-186a.525","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 186A.525","heading":"Title for motor vehicle previously with branded title or salvage title.","body":"If a motor vehicle had a brand previously affixed to its title or previously has been issued\na salvage title in this or any other jurisdiction, the applicant for a title for that motor\nvehicle may, at the time of the application, notify the Transportation Cabinet of the prior\nexistence of a brand on the motor vehicle's title or of the previous salvage title for the\nmotor vehicle. The notification to the Transportation Cabinet shall include the title\nnumber and the jurisdiction where the previous brand was i ssued.
