{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-189.2325","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 189.2325","heading":"Posting of signs advising motorists of increased traffic penalties in","body":"highway work zones.\nThe secretary of the Transportation Cabinet shall promulgate administrative regulations\npursuant to KRS Chapter 13A governing the posting of signs advi sing motorists that\npenalties are increased for traffic violations occurring in a highway work zone. The\nadministrative regulations promulgated by the cabinet shall include guidelines to\ndetermine which areas are appropriate to the posting of these signs.
