{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-189.565","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 189.565","heading":"Operator of motor vehicle used in transporting inflammable liquids or","body":"explosives to stop vehicle at railroad crossings -- Exceptions.\nThe operator of any motor vehicle used in the transportation of inflammable liquids or\nexplosives shall stop s uch motor vehicle before crossing at grade the main track of any\nrailroad or interurban electric railway, except where the crossing is a guarded crossing\nprotected by gates or a flag controlled crossing or operated by an employee of the railroad\nor interur ban company. The stop shall be made no closer than a marked stop line or\nfifteen (15) feet, nor more than thirty (30) feet, from the nearest track to be crossed.
