{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-18a.080","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 18A.080","heading":"Personnel Board -- Compensation -- Attendance -- Assessment on","body":"executive branch agencies.\n(1) (a) Except as provided in KRS 18A.200, members of the board shall receive\ncompensation of one hundred dollars ($100) per diem for each meeting of the\nboard and reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses in accordance\nwith state regulations and standards applicable to state employees.\n(b) In addition to payments for attendance at board meetings all board members\nmay also be paid one hundred dollars ($ 100) for each day spent in the\npreparation of recommended orders, the review of transcripts or other matters\nrelated to appeals before the board.\n(c) Any board member missing three (3) consecutive regular meetings shall be\ndeemed to have vacated his office . Replacements to the board shall be made\nas provided in KRS 18A.050(2) and 18A.060.\n(2) Each agency of the executive branch of state government with employees covered\nby this chapter shall be annually assessed for the amount required for the operation\nof the Personnel Board. The agency assessment shall be determined by the secretary\nof the Finance and Administration Cabinet based on the authorized full -time\npositions of each agency on July 1 of each year of the biennium.
