{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-18a.160","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 18A.160","heading":"Use of public buildings, property, and facilities.","body":"(1) All office space, property, and equipment including, but not limited to, desks, office\nsupplies, typewriters, machinery, and implements utilized at hearings and in\nrecording and processing transcripts and other work of the board, heretofore used\nby the board, shall become the property of the board.\n(2) All officers and employees of the Commonwealth and of all its municipalities and\npolitical subdivisions shall allow the cabinet and the board the reasonable use of\npublic buildings under their control, and fu rnish heat, light, and furniture for any\nexamination, hearing, or investigation authorized by KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200.
