{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-18a.2259","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 18A.2259","heading":"Mail-order drug option for maintenance drugs.","body":"Any self-insured plan offered by the Personnel Cabinet shall include a mail -order drug\noption for maintenance drugs for public employees, and maintenance drugs may be\ndispensed by mail in accordance with Kentucky law. The mail-order drug option shall not\npermit the dispensing of a controlled substance classified in Schedule II. The self -insured\nplan shall not discriminate against any retail pharmacy located within the geographic\ncoverage area of the plan that meets the terms and conditions for participation  established\nby the plan, including price, dispensing fee, and copay requirements of a mail -order drug\noption. The retail pharmacy shall not be required to dispense by mail.
