{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-190.360","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 190.360","heading":"Hearings.","body":"(1) (a) Public hearings shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A by\nthe commission prior to the promulgation of any administrative regulations\nwhich pertain to the prevention, abatement, or control of automobile, vehicle,\nor machinery recycler, or mat erial recycler establishments or places of\nbusiness.\n(b) Administrative hearings shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter\n13B before:\n1. The issuance of any final order prohibiting the performance by any\nperson of any act or acts deemed to be in c ontravention of any\nadministrative regulations, orders, or licenses of the commission;\n2. Denial, revocation, or modification of any license provided for by KRS\n190.350 to 190.365; or\n3. Any other final determination is made by the commission which directly\naffects the activities of any person.\n(2) The commission shall grant an administrative hearing to any person, not previously\nheard in connection with the issuance of any order or the making of any\ndetermination, who may consider himself or herself aggrie ved by any order or\ndetermination and who shall file with the commission a verified petition alleging\nthat the order or determination is contrary to law or that is injurious to him or her,\nstating the grounds and reasons therefor and requesting a hearing.
