{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-194a.095","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 194A.095","heading":"Division of Women's  Health -- Receipt of gifts, grants, and","body":"bequests.\n(1) There is created in the Cabinet for Health and Family Services a Division of\nWomen's  Health for the purpose of:\n(a) Serving as a repository for data and information affecting women's\nphysical and mental health issues;\n(b) Analyzing and communicating trends in women's  health issues and\nmental health;\n(c) Recommending  to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services data\nelements affecting women's physical and mental health. The division shall\nadvise and direct which data elements should be collected, analyzed, and\nreported in a timely manner under KRS 216.2920 to 216.2929;\n(d) Cooperating and collaborating with the Cabinet for Health and Family\nServices in receiving and disseminating through all forms of media\nincluding the Internet relevant aggregate data findings under KRS\n216.2920 to 216.2929 which affect women; and\n(e) Planning, developing, and administering a Women's  Health Resource\nCenter within the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to focus on\ntargeted preventive care and comprehensive health education.\n(2) The  division may accept gifts, grants, and bequests in support of its mission\nand duties specified in subsection (1) of this section.
