{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-194a.112","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 194A.112","heading":"Cabinet to report anticipated implementation barriers to Legislative","body":"Research Commission.\n(1) If the Cabinet for Health and Family Services believes there to be any barrier to\nimplementing a Medicaid -related bill or resolution under considerat ion by the\nGeneral Assembly, the cabinet shall notify the Legislative Research Commission in\nwriting of any anticipated implementation barriers within seven (7) calendar days\nfollowing a standing committee's report that the bill or resolution should pass.\n(2) When the Legislative Research Commission receives written notification from the\nCabinet for Health and Family Services as required by subsection (1) of this\nsection, the written notification shall be referred to the sponsor of the bill or\nresolution, t he committee that considered the bill or resolution, and the\ncorresponding standing committee in the other chamber of the General Assembly.","path":["KRS Chapter 194A"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=55973","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:46Z","sha256":"cd9a60872bb9ef9bc22e6090e2524817beae4a70a36a4cd0cf299b0e4f50c63c","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-194a.110","next":"us-ky/krs-194a.115"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
