{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-194a.625","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 194A.625","heading":"Autism spectrum disorder trust fund.","body":"(1) The autism spectrum disorder trust fund is hereby created in the State Treasury as a\nseparate trust fund. The fund shall be administered by the Cabinet for Health and\nFamily Services.\n(2) The fund shall receive amounts from grants, contributions, appropria tions, or other\nmoneys made available for the purposes of the fund.\n(3) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal\nyear shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.\n(4) Moneys in the fund shall b e used to support autism spectrum disorder research and\nservices for Kentuckians.
