{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-196.026","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 196.026","heading":"Organizational units of Department of Corrections.","body":"The Department of Corrections shall consist of the following organizational units:\n(1) Division of Compliance;\n(2) Division of Public Affairs;\n(3) Office of Adult Institutions, which shall have the following divisions:\n(a) Division of Operations and Program Services;\n(b) Division of Medical Services;\n(c) Division of Mental Health Services;\n(d) Division of Education;\n(e) Division of Correctional Industries;\n(f) Division of Kentucky State Reformatory;\n(g) Division of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex;\n(h) Division of Roederer Correctional Complex;\n(i) Division of Blackburn Correctional Complex;\n(j) Division of Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women;\n(k) Division of Northpoint Training Center;\n(l) Division of Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex;\n(m) Division of Bell County Forestry Camp;\n(n) Division of Kentucky State Penitentiary;\n(o) Division of Western Kentucky Correctional Complex;\n(p) Division of Green River Correctional Complex;\n(q) Division of Little Sandy Correctional Complex;\n(r) Division of Southeast State Correctional Complex; and\n(s) Division of Central Kentucky Medical Correctional Complex.\nEach division specified in paragraphs (f) to (s) of th is subsection shall be headed by\na warden pursuant to KRS 196.160;\n(4) Office of Community Services and Facilities, which shall have the following\ndivisions:\n(a) Division of Probation and Parole;\n(b) Division of Reentry;\n(c) Division of Local Facilities; and\n(d) Division of Addiction Services; and\n(5) Office of Support Services, which shall have the following divisions:\n(a) Division of Administrative Services;\n(b) Division of Corrections Training;\n(c) Division of Population Management;\n(d) Division of Offender Information Services; and\n(e) Division of Parole Board Support.","path":["KRS Chapter 196"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=56897","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:48Z","sha256":"4f507982f242d94a7b03ac0f667eceede03f742995cd71e477b59f1c85bfd1e6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-196.025","next":"us-ky/krs-196.030"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
