The system shall\ninclude but not be limited to the following information:\n(1) Sentencing information for all felonies, including the amount of time likely to be\nserved for particular offenses;\n(2) The offender's risk assessment rating;\n(3) The offender's expected time to serve, including but not limited to parole eligibility\ndate, good time release date, maximum expiration of sentence date, and the historic\npercentage of time served for similar offenders;\n(4) The costs for various sentencing options and costs for various alternatives to\nincarceration; and\n(5) The offender's likelihood of being reincarcerated within two (2) years under the\ndifferent sentencing options and al ternatives, taking into account the offender's risk\nassessment rating.","path":["KRS Chapter 196"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=39950","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:48Z","sha256":"c2961983a45047ec5d8b6b1577cef5db09ca4c07154bc89242190318910e0b1e","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-196.090","next":"us-ky/krs-196.093"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
