{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-196.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 196.110","heading":"Department to study crime prevention methods -- Encourage employment","body":"of inmates.\nThe department shall:\n(1) Study the sources and causes of crime, delinquency, and dependency and suggest\nand put into effect remedial measures in the prevention and ultim ate eradication of\nantisocial acts and conditions; and\n(2) Encourage the employment of the inmates of the institutions under its control in\nsuch ways as will contribute to their physical, mental, and moral improvement and\nto meeting the cost of their maint enance.
