{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-197.110","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 197.110","heading":"Administrative regulations relating to classification, work, and pay of","body":"prisoners.\nThe Department of Corrections shall promulgate administrative regulations it deems\nnecessary and proper in relation to:\n(1) The classification of prisoners;\n(2) The terms and conditions under which prisoners may be assigned to work under the\ndirection of any other state agency;\n(3) The adequate care, supervision, guarding, discipline, maintenance, transportation,\nand housing of prisoners when assigned to work outside of the prison.
