No on -site inspector shall order changes in the construction of a building\nwhich are contrary to the approved construction documents. If an on -site inspector finds\nthat any part of the construction is contrary to the approved plans, the on -site inspector\nmay order correction, and if the on -site inspector believes that the approved documents\nare incomplete or in violation of the Uniform State Building Code, the on -site inspector\nshall refer the matter to the building official having jurisdiction f or the approval of the\nconstruction documents.
