{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.310","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.310","heading":"Labeling requirements.","body":"(1) Each  light of safety glazing material manufactured, distributed, imported, or\nsold for use in hazardous locations or installed in a similar location within the\nCommonwealth  of Kentucky shall be permanently labeled by such means  as\netching, sandblasting or firing ceramic material on the safety glazing material.\nThe  label shall identify the labeler, whether manufacturer, fabricator, or\ninstaller, and the nominal thickness and the type of safety glazing material and\nthe fact that the material meets the test requirements of the current ANSI\nstandard or other generally accepted industry standard as adopted by the\ndepartment through the promulgation of an administrative regulation; and any\nfurther requirements that may be adopted by the department.
