{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.4037","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.4037","heading":"Elevator safety program trust fund.","body":"(1) The elevator safety program trust fund is created in the State Treasury as a separate\nrevolving fund to be administered by the department. The trust fund shall consist of\namounts deposited in the fund as provided in KRS 198B.530 and any other\nproceeds from grants, contributions, appropriations, or other money made available\nfor the purposes of the trust fund.\n(2) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, any moneys remaining in the fund at the close of the\nfiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the n ext fiscal year to be\nused for the purposes set forth in this section.\n(3) Any interest earnings of the trust fund shall become a part of the trust fund and shall\nnot lapse.\n(4) Trust fund moneys shall be used and are hereby appropriated for reasonable\nadministrative expenses associated with the elevator safety.","path":["KRS Chapter 198B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46916","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:51Z","sha256":"8b1d3ffec6c96c7656b4ab56d55bb1d958267203361b04b25f688bc9dcb9ca67","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-198b.4035","next":"us-ky/krs-198b.410"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
