{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.460","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.460","heading":"Registration of elevators and fixed guideway systems -- Time of","body":"registration.\n(1) The owner or user of any elevator or fixed guideway system shall register with the\ndepartment every elevator or fixed guideway system operated by him or her, giving\nthe type, capacity, description, name of manufacturer, and purpose for which each is\nused.
