{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.585","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.585","heading":"Seal of certificate holder.","body":"(1) Each certificate holder engaged in the activity described in KRS 198B.560 shall\nsecure a seal with the design prescribed by regulation of the commissioner.\n(2) All working drawings, specifications, and plans prepared by, or under the\nsupervision of the certificate holder, shall bear the imprint of this seal and shall\nbear the imprint of the seal of the licensed fire protection contractor.\n(3) No  certificate holder shall assign or affix his or her seal to any drawings,\nspecifications or plans which have not been  prepared under his or her\nimmediate supervision, and no licensed fire protection contractor shall affix his\nor her seal to any drawings, specifications, or plans unless the drawings,\nspecifications, or plans were prepared by an employee certificate holder as\nrequired by KRS 198B.560 and 198B.580.","path":["KRS Chapter 198B"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=46927","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:51:52Z","sha256":"e584782fde5bcf5bf07ff9a4283186b6394b602050d5888e63cf762360286c0b","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-198b.580","next":"us-ky/krs-198b.590"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
