{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.676","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.676","heading":"Fees.","body":"(1) The  department shall establish by administrative regulation and collect the\nfollowing fees, not to exceed the cost of the licensing program:\n(a) Initial application fee for:\n1. Master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor; and\n2. Journeyman  heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic;\n(b) Examination fee for:\n1. Master heating, ventilation, and air conditioning contractor;\n2. Journeyman  heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic; and\n3. Apprentice heating, ventilation, and air conditioning mechanic;\n(c) License renewal fee;\n(d) Certificate renewal fee;\n(e) Duplicate license or certificate fee;\n(f) Inactive status fee;\n(g) Restoration fee;\n(h) Reactivation fee; and\n(i) Change  of information fee.\n(2) All fees and charges collected by the department under the provisions of this\nsection shall be paid into a trust and agency account in the State Treasury.
