Each violation shall be regarded as a separate offense.\n(2) Any person who advertises or otherwise holds himself out as being a licensed\nmaster or journeyman heating, ventilation, or air conditioning contractor and is\nnot so licensed shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
