{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-198b.728","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 198B.728","heading":"Disciplinary actions -- Sanctions -- Final order -- Appeal.","body":"(1) The board shall take disciplinary actions against or impose sanctions on a licensee\nfor failing to comply with any provision of KRS 198B.700 to 198B.738 or any\nadministrative regulations promulgated to carry out KRS 198B.700 to 198B.738.\n(2) Pursuant to KRS 13B.120(7), the director of the Division of Real Property Boards\nwithin the Department of Professional Licensing shall hear and issue a final order\nregarding any decision of the board.
