{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-199.019","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 199.019","heading":"Exemption from \"Code Adam\" program for agency or building not visited","body":"by children -- Expiration of exemption\nThe secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet, in consultation with the Justice\nand Public Safety Cabinet through the Department of Kentucky State Police, may exempt\nany agency or state building which, due to the nature of the services provided by that\nagency or state building, is not visited by children. The agency or state building shall\nimmediately report to the secretary of the Fin ance and Administration Cabinet when the\nagency or state building is likely to be visited by children on a frequent or continuing\nbasis.
