{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-199.800","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 199.800","heading":"Definitions for KRS 199.800 to 199.801.","body":"For the purposes of KRS 199.800 to 199.801:\n(1) \"Department\" means the Department for Community Based Services;\n(2) \"Home county\" means the county in which the child's natural parents, adoptive\nparents, or guardian reside. If the parents are divorced, the home county is the\ncounty of residence of the parent with legal custody.
