{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-199.888","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 199.888","heading":"Incorporation into economic development agreements -- Promotional","body":"strategies.\n(1) The Cabinet for Economic Development may coordinate with the Cabinet for\nHealth and Family Services to incorporate this program into agreements with\nemployers seeking economic development incentives in Subchapters 31 and 32 of\nKRS Chapter 154, if the employer agrees to participate in the program.\n(2) The Cabinet for Economic Development shall develop and implement strategies\nand programs to promote awareness of t he Employee Child Care Assistance\nPartnership among employers to whom they provide services or with whom they\nconduct business. The Cabinet for Economic Development may consult with the\nCabinet for Health and Family Services in developing and implementing\npromotional strategies and programs.\n(3) The Education and Labor Cabinet shall develop and implement strategies and\nprograms to promote awareness of the Employee Child Care Assistance Partnership\namong employers to whom they provide services or with whom t hey conduct\nbusiness.
