{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-199.8914","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 199.8914","heading":"Voluntary designation process for faith-based program -- Conditions.","body":"(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services shall establish a voluntary designation\nprocess through which any licensed or certified child -care provider may identify as\na faith-based program.\n(2) The faith -based designation shall be displayed in all public -facing child -care\ndatabases maintained or overseen by the Commonwealth.
