Thus, October of each year shall be designated as Anti -\nBullying Month in the Commonwealth.\n(2) As a symbol of awareness of the serious issues and negati ve effects of bullying, the\nofficial ribbon for the Anti -Bullying Month in the Commonwealth shall be purple\nand yellow.
