{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-202a.211","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 202A.211","heading":"Return of Kentucky residents from other states.","body":"(1) Legal residents of the state who have become public charges in other states and\nhave been returned to Kentucky because they have been involuntarily hospitalized\nmay be immediately admitted to a hospital at the request of the secretary or his\ndesignated representative.\n(2) Within seventy-two (72) hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of the admission\ndate, the staff of the hospital shall determine the need of the person for further\nhospitalization.
