{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-202b.300","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 202B.300","heading":"Return of Kentucky residents from other states -- Determination of need","body":"for further admission.\n(1) Legal residents of the state who have become public charges in other states and\nhave been returned to Kentucky because they have been involuntarily a dmitted may\nbe immediately admitted to an ICF/ID at the request of the secretary or the\nsecretary's designated representative.\n(2) Within seventy-two (72) hours, excluding weekends and holidays, of the admission\ndate, the staff of the ICF/ID shall determin e the need of the person for further\nadmission.
