{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-202c.100","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 202C.100","heading":"Confidentiality of records -- Judge  may  order disclosure of","body":"information when  appropriate and  in best interest of respondent  or\npublic.\n(1) The court records of a respondent made in all proceedings under this chapter\nare hereby declared to be confidential and shall not be open to the general\npublic for inspection.\n(2) Any person seeking information contained in the court files or the court records\nof proceedings involving respondents under this chapter may  file a written\nmotion in the case setting out why the information is needed.
