{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-205.232","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 205.232","heading":"Cash assistance benefits disqualification -- Protective payee --","body":"Administrative regulations.\n(1) If a custodial parent of a dependent child is disqualified from receiving cash\nassistance benefits pursuant to KRS 205.193 or 205.200, the depend ent child's\neligibility and any other adult family member's eligibility for cash assistance\nbenefits shall not be affected, and the custodial parent may choose to designate\nanother person as a protective payee to receive benefits on behalf of the dependent\nchild. The protective payee shall be an adult immediate family member of the\ndependent child, if such a person is available.
