{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-205.522","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 205.522","heading":"Duty of Department for Medicaid Services and Medicaid managed care","body":"organizations to comply with specified sections of KRS Chapter 304.\n(Effective until January 1, 2027)\n(1) With respect to the administration and provision of Medi caid benefits pursuant to\nthis chapter, the Department for Medicaid Services, any managed care organization\ncontracted to provide Medicaid benefits pursuant to this chapter, and the state's\nmedical assistance program shall be subject to, and comply with, t he following, as\napplicable:\n(a) KRS 304.12-237;\n(b) KRS 304.17A-129;\n(c) KRS 304.17A-145;\n(d) KRS 304.17A-163 and 304.17A-1631;\n(e) KRS 304.17A-167;\n(f) KRS 304.17A-235;\n(g) KRS 304.17A-257;\n(h) KRS 304.17A-259;\n(i) KRS 304.17A-263;\n(j) KRS 304.17A-264;\n(k) KRS 304.17A-515;\n(l) KRS 304.17A-580;\n(m) KRS 304.17A-600, 304.17A-603, and 304.17A-607; and\n(n) KRS 304.17A-740 to 304.17A-743.\n(2) A managed care organization contracted to provide Medicaid benefits pursuant to\nthis chapter shall comply with the reporting requirements of KRS 304.17A-732.\nEffective: July 15, 2026","path":["KRS Chapter 205"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=57589","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:03Z","sha256":"1bcf27add3d063c6f367764b66fac2dc06537878af6e3416a1ad47ca8caeacd8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-205.520","next":"us-ky/krs-205.524"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
