{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-205.6332","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 205.6332","heading":"System for monitoring use of covered services using appropriate","body":"technology and identification card.\nThe Department for Medicaid Services shall develop and implement a system for\nmonitoring the use of Medical Assistance Program covered services by med ical\nassistance recipients using appropriate technology in conjunction with an identification\ncard to monitor recipient utilization of the following services at the option of the\ncommissioner of the Department for Medicaid Services:\n(1) All drugs and durab le medical equipment prescribed for and dispensed to the\nrecipient;\n(2) All medical-assistance-covered physician office visits made by the recipient; and\n(3) Any other Medical Assistance Program covered service provided to the medical\nassistance recipient as defined by administrative regulation promulgated pursuant to\nKRS Chapter 13A and under this chapter.","path":["KRS Chapter 205"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=7771","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:04Z","sha256":"2da8d97bf07766cdbb3ab81f78659468e9c38a10ed9300b47990be571c66ebe6","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-205.6330","next":"us-ky/krs-205.6333"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
