No primary physician may\ndelegate that primary physician's authority to anyone except a provider designa ted by the\nmanaged care primary physician to temporarily be responsible for the primary physician's\nmanaged care patients during the primary physician's absence. The temporarily designated\nprovider shall be approved by the Department for Medicaid Services.
