{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-209.090","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 209.090","heading":"Legislative intent.","body":"The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky recognizes that some adults of\nthe Commonwealth are unable to manage their own affairs or to protect themselves from\nabuse, neglect, or exploitation.  Often such persons cannot find others able or willin g to\nrender assistance.  The General Assembly intends, through this chapter, to establish a\nsystem of protective services designed to fill this need and to assure their availability to\nall adults.
