{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-209.554","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 209.554","heading":"Administrative regulations -- Educational literature -- Information","body":"available on request.\n(1) The commissioner of the department shall implement the provisions of KRS\n209.550 to 209.554 through the promulgation of administrative regulations u nder\nKRS Chapter 13A.\n(2) The department shall make educational literature that describes the risks of\ninfluenza and pneumococcal disease; the efficacy, side effects, and\ncontraindications of these immunizations; and the recommendations from the\nCenters for Disease Control available to every long-term care facility.\n(3) The commissioner of the department shall make available upon request the number\nof outbreaks in long -term care facilities for each year due to influenza virus and\npneumococcal disease and th e number of hospitalizations of long -term care facility\nresidents due to influenza virus, pneumococcal disease, and associated\ncomplications.","path":["KRS Chapter 209"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50020","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:10Z","sha256":"9c8677407914931e806c809e37573b8f93d2e6520586d4780197944e89b5cda3","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-209.552","next":"us-ky/krs-209.990"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
