{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-21.560","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 21.560","heading":"Investments -- Legislative retirement fund.","body":"The members of the board of trustees of the Judicial Form Retirement System who are\nappointed by the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives,\nsingly or jointly, together with the members of the board who are appointed by the\nGovernor, shall constitute an investment committee for the Legislators' Retirement Plan,\nand as such shall have all the powers and duties with respect to the legislators' retirement\nfund as are given by KRS 21.440(1) and 21.550 to the investment committee  of the\nJudicial Retirement Plan with respect to the judicial retirement fund. The committee\nprovided for by this section may, with the concurrence of the investment committee for\nthe Judicial Retirement Plan, arrange for the legislators' retirement fund a nd the judicial\nretirement fund to constitute a common fund for investment purposes only, to be under\nthe management of the investment committee for the Judicial Retirement Plan, each fund\nsharing in the common fund in proportion to the value of its assets  contributed to the\ncommon fund.","path":["KRS Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20521","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:42Z","sha256":"1e4b634e51ed602e522d8fbc837a81ebf836a81468c21750fd225771ad9ce4f7","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-21.550","next":"us-ky/krs-21.565"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
