{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-21.567","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 21.567","heading":"Kentucky Judicial Retirement Plan excess benefit plan -- Excess benefit","body":"fund.\n(1) There is created and established:\n(a) An excess benefit plan to be known as the Kentucky Judicial Retirement Plan\nexcess benefit plan. The plan is created for the purpose  of providing\nretirement allowances payable from the retirement plan under KRS 21.345 to\n21.580 that would otherwise be limited by 26 U.S.C. sec. 415; and\n(b) A state fund to be known as the Kentucky Judicial Retirement Plan excess\nbenefit fund which shall consist of all the assets of the plan.\n(2) The administration and assets of the plan created under this section shall be as set\nforth in KRS 21.565.","path":["KRS Chapter 21"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=20523","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:48:42Z","sha256":"1c6aef228b3ee29349d1107846a3ca0cbc630e5c77be1e7e237576b228a6d8a8","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-21.565","next":"us-ky/krs-21.570"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
