{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-210.042","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 210.042","heading":"Funding for nonprofit agency -- Matching funds.","body":"(1) The Cabinet for Health and Family Services may provide, to the extent funds are\navailable under KRS 210.040 and under conditions and standards established by the\ncabinet, funds to any nonprofit agency recognized as operating in the field of mental\nhealth and whose objectives are to carry out the purposes of KRS 210.040.\n(2) The funds, if provided, may be matched on a fifty -fifty (50 -50) basis by the\nnonprofit agency receiving such funds.
