{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-210.052","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 210.052","heading":"Kentucky eating disorder fund.","body":"(1) The Kentucky eating disorder fund is hereby created as a separate trust and agency\nfund. The fund shall be administered by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services\nfor the purpose outlined in KRS 210.051.\n(2) The fund may receive amounts from state or fe deral appropriations, grants,\ncontributions, or other moneys made available for the purposes of the fund. All\ngrants, contributions, or moneys received shall be deposited in the State Treasury in\na trust and agency fund account to the credit of the Kentuck y eating disorder fund.\nMoneys in the fund shall be used to support the Kentucky Eating Disorder Council\nor similar program established under KRS 210.051 and eating disorder prevention\nprograms in Kentucky.\n(3) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal\nyear shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.\n(4) Any interest earned on moneys in the fund shall become a part of the trust fund and\nshall not lapse.\n(5) Moneys in the fund are appropriated fo r the purposes set forth in this section and\nshall not be appropriated or transferred by the General Assembly for any other\npurposes.","path":["KRS Chapter 210"],"source_url":"https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/law/statutes/statute.aspx?id=50208","current_through":"Includes enactments through the 2026 Regular Session","vintage":"09/05/2026","retrieved_at":"2026-09-05T20:52:10Z","sha256":"584e07facf1ffc1ae02be392ee081d19e0684846152b34893a9ead0f91754528","source_id":"us-ky","stale":false,"prev":"us-ky/krs-210.051","next":"us-ky/krs-210.053"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
