{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-210.240","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 210.240","heading":"Training schools.","body":"The secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services is authorized to establish\ntraining schools within the cabinet or within any of the institutions operated by the\ncabinet, for the training of necessary personnel for the institutions, or may arran ge for the\ntraining of employees or prospective employees in any public or private school or\ninstitution having available facilities for that purpose. Funds of the cabinet may be used to\npay salaries to employees, or to pay tuition and subsistence for empl oyees or prospective\nemployees, while receiving such training.
