{"data":{"id":"us-ky/krs-210.330","jurisdiction":"us-ky","citation":"KRS 210.330","heading":"Employment of attorney -- Cost of litigation -- Limitation of action.","body":"(1) The cabinet may employ counsel, upon the advice and approval of the Attorney\nGeneral, to institute or defend such actions or proceedings as it deems necessary or\nproper to enforce the payment or reimbursement for board and maintenance of\npatients.
